BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will participate in the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan in Balaghat district on Saturday, August 29, as the state-wide campaign is being organised a day later this year due to Rakshabandhan being a holiday on Friday.
The General Administration Department has issued instructions to collectors, commissioners, chief executive officers of district panchayats and other officials to ensure the campaign is conducted across all districts on August 29.
During his visit to Balaghat, Yadav will participate in the district-level Samadhan Online programme and personally hear the grievances of identified complainants. The Chief Minister will also hold meetings and review sessions besides interacting with the media and participating in an industry dialogue.
As part of the campaign, officials have been directed to make visits and inspections of government residential institutions mandatory. These include residential schools, ashrams and hostels.
Officials will interact with students and young people staying at these institutions and discuss issues concerning them. The exercise is aimed at strengthening direct engagement between the administration and beneficiaries, particularly students and youth.
The Jan Vishwas Abhiyan will be conducted simultaneously across Madhya Pradesh on August 29, with district-level officials tasked with overseeing the activities and addressing public grievances.
