RAIPUR / Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary Vikasheel on Tuesday felicitated government officials and employees for their outstanding performance in e-Office functioning and timely attendance during July.
At the monthly felicitation programme held at Mahanadi Bhawan in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the Chief Secretary presented certificates of appreciation to officials and employees who ensured prompt and effective disposal of files through the e-Office system and maintained regular office attendance.
Among departments, the Health and Family Welfare Department secured the first position in e-Office performance, followed by the Tribal Development Department in second place and the Village Industries Department in third.
Congratulating the awardees, Vikasheel urged officials and employees to maintain consistent performance on the e-Office platform. He also directed them to complete at least three to four courses every month on iGOT, based on the requirements of their respective departments.
In the e-Office ranking among officials from the Joint Secretary to Junior Secretariat Assistant level, Satchidanand Alok, Additional Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, secured the first position, followed by Jaishree Jain, Joint Secretary, Forest and Climate Change Department, and Bhupendra Kumar Rajput, Joint Secretary, Tribal Development Department.
At the Under Secretary level, Durdeshi Ram Sontapar of the Forest and Climate Change Department stood first, while Vipul Kumar Gupta of the Labour Department and Ritu Verma of the General Administration Department secured the second and third positions, respectively.
At the Section Officer level, Virendra Kumar of the Health and Family Welfare Department ranked first, followed by Jeevan Lal Netam and Yogendra Kumar Sahu. Among Assistant Section Officers, Mohammad Shahir Ansari of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department topped the ranking.
Mukesh Ram Pradhan of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Gaurav Kumar Rai of the Scheduled Caste Development Department and Anju Dutta secured the first three positions among Senior Secretariat Assistants. In the Junior Secretariat Assistant category, Prabhu Singh Rathia of the Health and Family Welfare Department topped the ranking, followed by Sandeep Kumar Taram and Umesh Yadav.
Among other categories, Shesh Narayan Sahu of the Tribal Development Department stood first among Assistant Grade-II employees, while Maya Dewangan of the Forest and Climate Change Department and Tarun Kumar Dhritlahre of the Law and Legislative Affairs Department secured the second and third positions.
The programme also recognised employees for attendance. A total of 27 officials and employees who secured the top rank in attendance were felicitated, including officials from the Secretariat as well as support staff.
For the three-month e-Office ranking, Bhupendra Kumar Rajput of the Tribal Development Department secured first place, followed by Satchidanand Alok of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department and Jaishree Jain of the Forest and Climate Change Department.
In the three-month attendance ranking, Lok Narayan Sharma, Assistant Section Officer, Higher Education Department, stood first, followed by Raj Kumar Sori, Peon, General Administration Department, and Melu Ram Dhruv, Senior Secretariat Assistant, General Administration Department.
In the three-month departmental ranking, the Health and Family Welfare Department was placed first, followed by the Home Department and the Forest and Climate Change Department.
The government also recognised top performers from departmental offices and district offices under the e-Office ranking. Rita Yadav, Commissioner, Higher Education Department, secured first place among departmental heads’ offices, followed by D. Rahul Venkat, Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, and John Tigga, Additional Director, Higher Education Department.
Among district offices, Anita Jain, Assistant Project Officer, Raipur, secured the first position, followed by Nandani Soni of Sakti district and Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Nodal Officer, Raipur.
The Chief Secretary also felicitated top performers in the iGOT ranking. Gautam Kumar Dewangan, Chowkidar, Commissionerate Bilaspur, secured first place, followed by Prem Narayan Nayak, Lecturer, District Education Officer’s Office, Balodabazar, and Dinesh Kumar, Police Constable, Office of the Superintendent of Police, Balod.
