EOS’ MD Ritu Jain Felicitated with ET Most Promising Women Leaders Awards-2021

BHOPAL / Ritu Jain, managing director of EOS Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd (EOS-CAPL) has been conferred with the Economic Times Most Promising Women Leaders Awards (ETPWLA)-2021.

She has been felicitated for her harnessing the spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation, and excellence to produce tangible, path-breaking results in the field of financial advising and Investment services. The award ceremony was organized virtually by Economic Times Digital on 30 March and it was powered by Femina.

The ETPWLA is India’s one of the most prestigious awards for women leaders. It is given to those women leaders who have performed outstandingly in their chosen fields of the business. The award is a recognition of inspiring women leaders who are creating a new and lasting template for success and are scripting the future.

The EOS-CAPL was set up by Ritu in 2011with the aims of providing high-quality, client-centric investment banking and consulting solutions to large and mid-market companies.

She has graduated in Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering with a gold medal and done Master degree in Bussiness Administration in strategy and finance stream from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Ritu is also a freelance columnist and blogger and writes on finance and economy-related issues. She has also anchored the show ‘Corporate India’.

Ritu is the wife of the 1989 batch IPS officer, Mukesh Jain who is currently serving as transport commissioner of Madhya Pradesh.

She has advised several domestic and multi-national clients on their investment banking and funds management requirements. The MD of EOS-CAPL, Jain has worked with various organizations including HDFC Asset Management, American Express, and a World Bank-funded unit. Ritu has been executive director at Avendus Capital in the Equity Capital Market division. She has also headed Barclays and Morgan Stanley company in North India. The CEO of the company, Ms. Jain has worked too with the American Express Bank.

Jain directly handles the debt and equity syndication matters for the firm and provides niche strategic consulting to her clients in the infrastructure and consumer sectors.

Before setting up the EOS-CAPL, Ritu has worked in various fields such as infrastructure, real estate and consumer sectors as a strategic, financial advisor, and invest-India service provider.
