NEW DELHI / Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Saturday met Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah at his residence in New Delhi and briefed him on the progress of welfare schemes and development projects in the state.
During the meeting, Yadav apprised Shah of the implementation and current status of various public welfare programmes, besides outlining new initiatives and achievements in the cooperative sector, according to an official statement.
The Chief Minister also discussed the progress of key development projects and initiatives being undertaken for the overall development of Madhya Pradesh.
Yadav sought Shah’s guidance and continued support for accelerating the state’s development agenda. He said Madhya Pradesh was progressing in development and public welfare under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and with the guidance of the Centre.
The meeting comes as the Madhya Pradesh government continues to focus on strengthening infrastructure, welfare delivery and the cooperative sector as part of its broader development agenda.
