Justice Alpesh Yeshvant Kogje Sworn In as Chief Justice of MP High Court

BHOPAL: Justice Alpesh Yeshvant Kogje was sworn in as the 30th Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on Thursday.

Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai Patel administered the oath of office to Justice Kogje at a ceremony held at Lok Bhawan in Bhopal. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav attended the swearing-in ceremony.

Justice Kogje was serving in the Gujarat High Court before being appointed as the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

The ceremony opened and concluded with the singing of Vande Mataram and the national anthem.

Following the oath-taking, Governor Patel and Chief Minister Yadav congratulated and extended their best wishes to Justice Kogje on his new assignment.

Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar, Deputy Chief Ministers Jagdish Devda and Rajendra Shukla, along with other dignitaries, were also present at the ceremony.
